30-day credit:
To access this modality, contact DHL via email or telephone. You will receive a response within 48 hours to initiate the account opening process.
Account opening (in case you require 30-day credit):
A DHL executive will guide you as a ProChile beneficiary through the process of opening your account with DHL. Once the account opening is approved, your benefits and discounts will be enabled.
Make your shipments:
Once your account is created, you will be able to start shipping on a regular basis through DHL's online tools or by contacting your assigned executive.
PO Box
To access the PO Box benefit, with no maintenance cost, you must go to www.comprafacil.dhl.com and register. Immediately after verifying that your company is part of ProChile's registry of beneficiaries, the benefit will be assigned to you.
