Otorgar a las empresas beneficiarias del convenio un descuento de 15% sobre las tarifas de lista de los servicios Documento Express, Paquete Sucursal, Paquete Domicilio y sus respectivos servicios adicionales alternativos, pre admitidos a través de la Sucursal Virtual de CorreosChile. 2. FedEx
Bajo el más alto estándar internacional, FedEx Express, a través de su red logística, ofrece acceso a más de 220 países y territorios. ProChile y FedEx Express tienen un acuerdo firmado para apoyar a sus beneficiarios en el proceso de internacionalización e incentivar las exportaciones chilenas.
Beneficios:
Envíos internacionales: Los beneficiarios de ProChile cuentan con un 35% de descuento sobre la tarifa de exportación para servicios expresos que se encuentran publicados en fedex.com/cl.
Envíos nacionales: 10% de descuento sobre tarifa de Cuenta Corriente para envíos dentro del territorio nacional. Este servicio es operado por TNT.
Ferias: Tarifas preferenciales de carga aérea para el envío de muestras a Ferias donde ProChile participe. Este servicio es operado por TNT.
Cómo acceder:
Activación de convenio: Para solicitar la activación del convenio, las empresas clientes de ProChile deben contactarse con FedEx Express escribiendo al correo: BeneficiosProChile@corp.ds.fedex.com, indicando el número de RUT, razón social de la compañía y el número de cuenta FedEx si es que existe. De esta manera podremos responder sus requerimientos lo más rápido posible. Como alternativa, también puede comunicarse con el Servicio de Atención al Cliente de FedEx Express al teléfono 800.36.3030.
*En ambos casos, y en un plazo no superior a 24 horas, un ejecutivo de ventas lo contactará para iniciar el proceso de apertura de Cuenta Corriente.
Apertura de Cuenta Corriente: Un ejecutivo de ventas te guiará como beneficiario de ProChile en el proceso de apertura de tu Cuenta Corriente con FedEx Express. Una vez aprobada la creación de la cuenta, se habilitará su línea de crédito* y descuentos, además de la activación en los sistemas de FedEx Express para poder gestionar de manera rápida y eficiente sus envíos.
*Aprobación de crédito sujeta a evaluación de riesgo en base a políticas y procedimientos internos de FedEx Express.
**Beneficiarios que ya cuenten con Cuenta Corriente en FedEx Express, podrán optar a los descuentos del convenio manteniendo su actual número de cuenta vigente.

40% de descuento sobre la tarifa o precio de lista de los servicios internacionales de importación y exportación no e-commerce (tradicional) e e-commerce cross border, publicados en www.dhl.com.
Servicio puerta a puerta que considera retiro desde el proveedor y/o vendedor, y entrega al cliente y/o comprador.
Crédito a 30 días según su comportamiento de envío y pago para lo cual se le abre una cuenta*.
Material de embalaje estándar gratuito (según stock).
Servicio de PO BOX sin costo de mantenimiento.

Cómo acceder:
Activación de convenio: Para solicitar la activación del convenio, como empresa beneficiaria de ProChile, debes contactarte con DHL indicando el número de RUT y la razón social de la compañía. El descuento y beneficios
del convenio se asignan una vez confirmado que la empresa es parte del registro de beneficiarios de ProChile. Para solicitar su activación, se debe elegir una de las 2 modalidades que Ofrece DHL Express para operar sus envíos: Las modalidades
son:
Pago Inmediato: Oficinas Santiago: Contactacte o acercarte a alguna de las oficinas de DHL en Santiago ubicadas en Pudahuel (Río Itata 9651, Parque Enea), Santiago Centro (Moneda 975) y Las Condes (Avenida el Bosque
Norte 0160), indicando el número de RUT y la razón social de tu compañía. El descuento se asignará inmediatamente una vez confirmado que eres parte del registro de beneficiarios de ProChile y se procederá
a generar la recolección del envío para realizarlo. Oficinas Regionales: Como empresa beneficiaria de ProChile debes contactarte con DHL Express enviando un correo electrónico, indicando el número de RUT y
la razón social de la compañía. En un plazo no superior a 24 horas, un ejecutivo de DHL te contactará a fin de entregarte una tarifa con descuento asignado, el asesoramiento necesario para la exportación
y generar la recolección del envío.
Crédito 30 días: Para acceder a esta modalidad, contacta vía mail o teléfono a DHL. En un plazo de 48 horas te responderán para iniciar el proceso de apertura de cuenta.
Apertura de cuenta (en caso de requerir crédito a 30 días): Un ejecutivo de DHL te guiará como beneficiario de ProChile en el proceso de apertura de tu cuenta con DHL. Una vez aprobada la apertura de cuenta,
