COLTRANS is a Colombian international cargo agency, whose objective is to serve as an intermediary between companies and all entities involved in the logistics chain, both for the import and export of goods to and from Colombia from anywhere in the world. Coltrans has ISO 9001: 2015 certification (applies to Bogotá, Cali, Medellín, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga), BASC certification (applies to Bogotá, Cali, Medellín, Barranquilla), and IATA certification, which support service, experience and trust that Chilean companies need. We have additional services in customs agency, OTM, authorized deposit, merchandise insurance and national distribution services.
Benefits:
1.- A free space will be available so that ProChile beneficiary companies can exhibit their products in a showroom for a maximum of two days (capacity 6 people). Companies must request Coltrans S.A.S. reserving the space at least 48 business hours in advance in order to check availability. This benefit applies to the Zona Franca Warehouse in the cities of Bogotá and Cartagena, Colombia.
2.- Obtaining a competitive rate for companies benefiting from ProChile will be managed in the rental service of a larger space, such as conference rooms, auditoriums, or, for more days of the same spaces of numeral 1. This benefit applies for the Zona Franca Warehouse in the cities of Bogotá and Cartagena, Colombia.
3.- We will grant ProChile beneficiary companies, in the Free Trade Zone of Bogotá and Cartagena in Colombia, 15 days free of payment of storage service for dry load. Additional costs such as: downloads, uploads, inventories, forms, documentation, weighing and insurance are charged from the first moment.
4.- We will grant the beneficiary companies of ProChile, for the enlistment service (picking) in the warehouses, a fee of USD 0.26 per closed box.
5. ProChile beneficiary companies will be arranged to coordinate international maritime transport with Coltrans S.A.S., with the following additional benefits:
- Exoneration of the cost of depositing a container in Colombia: after signing a letter of guarantee.
- A 5% discount on the "administration fee" (administrative cost that is generated if there are associated expenses such as damages that the containers may suffer).

Current Account Opening: A sales executive will guide you as a ProChile's beneficiary through the process of opening your checking account with FedEx Express. Once the account creation is approved, your credit line* and discounts will be enabled, in addition to the activation in FedEx Express systems to manage your shipments quickly and efficiently.

The discount will be assigned immediately once it is confirmed that you are part of ProChile's beneficiary registry and the shipment will be collected.
Regional Offices: As a ProChile beneficiary company, you must contact DHL Express by sending an email, indicating your RUT number and company name. Within no more than 24 hours, a DHL executive will contact you in order to provide you with an assigned discounted rate, the necessary advice for export and generate the shipment pickup.
30-day credit:
To access this modality, contact DHL via email or telephone. You will receive a response within 48 hours to initiate the account opening process.
Account opening (in case you require 30-day credit):
A DHL executive will guide you as a ProChile beneficiary through the process of opening your account with DHL. Once the account opening is approved, your benefits and discounts will be enabled.
Make your shipments:
Once your account is created, you will be able to start shipping on a regular basis through DHL's online tools or by contacting your assigned executive.
PO Box
To access the PO Box benefit, with no maintenance cost, you must go to www.comprafacil.dhl.com and register. Immediately after verifying that your company is part of ProChile's registry of beneficiaries, the benefit will be assigned to you.
