ProChile and Mujeres Empresarias have an agreement to promote, develop and strengthen joint work, especially training in companies with export potential led by women.

ProChile and the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CCS) support the internationalization of service companies with export potential. This agreement involves the CCS Business Consultancy, which supports and advises ProChile's beneficiary companies exporting services and creative industries on regulatory, tax and procedural matters and the documentation required to sell professional services abroad.

Benefits:

• Offers ProChile's beneficiary companies a preferential value, equivalent to 70% of the fee charged to the general public, whether the advice is provided in its face-to-face or distance modality. The general value contemplates a service of up to 2 hours (face-to-face or distance). The services provided by the Business Consultancy include:
• Support in relation to the options offered by national regulations for exporting services and associated tax impacts. Formalization of the export and issuance of tax and customs documentation that supports a transaction of services abroad.
• Assistance in the use of instruments in force in Chile that favor the export of services.
• Guidance and advice to service providers regarding the instruments in force in Chile to eliminate double taxation and in the issuance of the required documentation.

ProChile and the National Institute of Industrial Property (INAPI), signed a collaboration agreement to support our beneficiaries in their internationalization processes and highlight the importance of protecting innovation in the different productive processes in Chile, improving the possibilities of exporting products made in the country that also have added value.

Benefits:

• Establishes a permanent counterpart in INAPI so that exporting companies, which require information on industrial property, can communicate with it and be referred to the appropriate unit of INAPI to resolve their query.
