It has joined PROCHILE to deliver to the "beneficiary companies of PROCHILE” benefits that aim to improve the competitiveness and ease of international trade operation.

Benefits:

1. VIRTUAL POST OFFICE OF CHILE:

Grant the beneficiary companies of the agreement a 15% discount on the list rates of the Express Document services, Branch Package, Address Package and their respective alternative additional services, pre-admitted through the Virtual Branch of POST OFFICE OF CHILE.


2. PHYSICAL BRANCHES OF POST OFFICE OF CHILE:

COLTRANS is a Colombian international cargo agency, whose objective is to serve as an intermediary between companies and all entities involved in the logistics chain, both for the import and export of goods to and from Colombia from anywhere in the world. Coltrans has ISO 9001: 2015 certification (applies to Bogotá, Cali, Medellín, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga), BASC certification (applies to Bogotá, Cali, Medellín, Barranquilla), and IATA certification, which support service, experience and trust that Chilean companies need. We have additional services in customs agency, OTM, authorized deposit, merchandise insurance and national distribution services.

Benefits:

1.- A free space will be available so that ProChile beneficiary companies can exhibit their products in a showroom for a maximum of two days (capacity 6 people). Companies must request Coltrans S.A.S. reserving the space at least 48 business hours in advance in order to check availability. This benefit applies to the Zona Franca Warehouse in the cities of Bogotá and Cartagena, Colombia.

2.- Obtaining a competitive rate for companies benefiting from ProChile will be managed in the rental service of a larger space, such as conference rooms, auditoriums, or, for more days of the same spaces of numeral 1. This benefit applies for the Zona Franca Warehouse in the cities of Bogotá and Cartagena, Colombia.

3.- We will grant ProChile beneficiary companies, in the Free Trade Zone of Bogotá and Cartagena in Colombia, 15 days free of payment of storage service for dry load. Additional costs such as: downloads, uploads, inventories, forms, documentation, weighing and insurance are charged from the first moment.

4.- We will grant the beneficiary companies of ProChile, for the enlistment service (picking) in the warehouses, a fee of USD 0.26 per closed box.

5. ProChile beneficiary companies will be arranged to coordinate international maritime transport with Coltrans S.A.S., with the following additional benefits:

- Exoneration of the cost of depositing a container in Colombia: after signing a letter of guarantee.

- A 5% discount on the "administration fee" (administrative cost that is generated if there are associated expenses such as damages that the containers may suffer).

Under the highest international standards, FedEx Express, through its logistics network, offers access to more than 220 countries and territories. ProChile has signed an agreement with FedEx Express to support its beneficiaries in the internationalization process and encourage Chilean exports.

Benefits:

• International shipments: ProChile's beneficiaries have a 35% discount on the export rate for express services that are published on fedex.com/cl.
• Domestic shipments: 10% discount on the current account rate for shipments within Chile. This service is operated by TNT.
• Fairs: Preferential air freight rates for the shipment of samples to Fairs where ProChile participates. This service is operated by TNT.

How to access:

Agreement activation: To activate the benefit, ProChile's client companies should contact FedEx Express by writing to the following email address: BeneficiosProChile@corp.ds.fedex.com, indicating the RUT number, company name and FedEx account number if it exists. In this way we will be able to respond to your requirements as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you can also contact the FedEx Express call center at 800363030.

*In both cases, and within 24 hours, a sales executive will contact you to initiate the process of opening a Checking Account.

Current Account Opening: A sales executive will guide you as a ProChile's beneficiary through the process of opening your checking account with FedEx Express. Once the account creation is approved, your credit line* and discounts will be enabled, in addition to the activation in FedEx Express systems to manage your shipments quickly and efficiently.

*Credit approval subject to risk assessment based on FedEx Express internal policies and procedures.

**Beneficiaries who already have a FedEx Express Checking Account will be eligible for the discounts of the agreement while maintaining their current account number.

Make your shipments: Once your account is created, you can start making shipments on a regular basis through FedEx Express online tools or by contacting their Customer Service department.

Benefits:

• 65% discount for ProChile’s beneficiaries on the rate of the Export Express Services that are published on the site www.ups.com/es/shipping/zones-and-rates.page. This rate can be accessed through an internal UPS procedure.
• For ProChile’s beneficiaries preferential air freight rates for the shipment of samples to Fairs in which ProChile participates. These rates will be prepared and submitted prior to the date of the fair(s) and subject to minimum consolidated cargo volumes.

• 40% discount on the rate or list price of international import and export services non e-commerce (traditional) and e-commerce cross border, published in www.dhl.com.
• Door to door service that considers pick up from the supplier and/or seller, and delivery to the customer and/or buyer.
• 30 days credit according to your shipping and payment behavior. For this you must open an account*.
• Free standard packing material (depending on stock).
• PO BOX service with no maintenance cost.

*Current Account opening requires approval of DHL Express terms of business.

How to access:

Agreement activation: To request the activation of the agreement, as a ProChile beneficiary company, you must contact DHL indicating the RUT number and company name. The discount and benefits of the agreement are assigned once it is confirmed that the company is part of the ProChile beneficiary registry. To request your activation, you must choose one of the 2 modalities offered by DHL Express to operate your shipments: The modalities are:

Immediate Payment:

Santiago Offices: Contact or approach any of the DHL offices in Santiago located in Pudahuel (Río Itata 9651, Parque Enea), Santiago Centro (Moneda 975) and Las Condes (Avenida el Bosque Norte 0160), indicating the RUT number and the company name of your company. The discount will be assigned immediately once it is confirmed that you are part of ProChile's beneficiary registry and the shipment will be collected.

Regional Offices: As a ProChile beneficiary company, you must contact DHL Express by sending an email, indicating your RUT number and company name. Within no more than 24 hours, a DHL executive will contact you in order to provide you with an assigned discounted rate, the necessary advice for export and generate the shipment pickup.

30-day credit:

To access this modality, contact DHL via email or telephone. You will receive a response within 48 hours to initiate the account opening process.

Account opening (in case you require 30-day credit):

A DHL executive will guide you as a ProChile beneficiary through the process of opening your account with DHL. Once the account opening is approved, your benefits and discounts will be enabled.

Make your shipments:

Once your account is created, you will be able to start shipping on a regular basis through DHL's online tools or by contacting your assigned executive.

PO Box

To access the PO Box benefit, with no maintenance cost, you must go to www.comprafacil.dhl.com and register. Immediately after verifying that your company is part of ProChile's registry of beneficiaries, the benefit will be assigned to you.
