Journalist from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with a minor in Social Psychology from the same university; Diploma in Management Skills from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Diploma in Customer Engagement from the Universidad Católica.
She has 19 years of work experience, eleven of them at ProChile, where she has held various positions, including: assistant to the Communications Directorate; assistant at the Commercial Office in Miami and head of the North America Subdepartment, in the International Directorate; and head of the Subdepartment of User Service, Design and Evaluation of Tools, in the Strategic Development Directorate.
