Ignacio Fernández Ruiz holds a law degree from the University of Chile and has a MA International Political Economy from the University of Sheffield, UK. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in international affairs.
Through his working career he has specialized in legal advice for international treaties in areas such as investment and services. He also headed the International Division of the Legal Department of the Economic Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Mr. Fernández has a vast experience in promotion of Chilean exports in international markets, he has been appointed as ProChile Commercial Attaché in Colombia and United Kingdom.
