What qualifies as a women-led company?

They are companies that export or have potential to export and that meet one or more of the following requirements:

• Woman or women partners must own more than 50% of the property.
• The legal representative must be a woman.
• There must be a majority of women on the Board of Directors.
• The General Manager or administrator must be a woman.
