What is the basis for an indigenous peoples’ company?

They are exporting companies, or with export potential, that belong to Chile’s Indigenous Peoples according to the following definitions:

• Basis for an Indigenous Person: Company that has initiated activities before the SII (Chilean internal revenue service) / individual of indigenous descent with official recognition from CONADI (National Indigenous Development Corporation).
• Basis for an Indigenous Legal Entity: Company in which 75% or more of the partners have indigenous status accredited by CONADI (National Indigenous Development Corporation) and that has registered activities with the SSI (Chilean internal revenue service).
• They must have Chilean nationality and a tax domicile in Chile.
