The central purpose of the consultation is related to the definition of the subjects to be considered in the courses of the Virtual Classroom program for the 2023 version.
In the version of this program implemented in 2022, it included synchronous courses on Market Intelligence, Internationalization Strategies, eCommerce, Financial Management, International Pricing, International Business Plan and International Logistics, while the asynchronous courses included topics on Export Services Process, Export of Goods Process and Internationalization Strategies, which will undoubtedly become a differentiating know-how for those who complete the program modules.
The Virtual Classroom program was designed to support the development of capacities of international trade users through digital training material and tools and continuous training programs in e-learning mode.
This is due to the institutional interest in training people linked to foreign trade, in order to highlight this training as a differentiating and competitive element that contributes not only to the professional development of individuals, but also to
the economic and international development of the country.
On the other hand, training on matters related to the reality that globalization has imposed on the export activity and that, especially in recent times, has required an almost immediate adaptation capacity, allows avoiding the risk of being left out of the spectrum established by international trade, enhancing a more solid and competitive position.
ProChile in the last time has carried out concrete actions to accompany in a closer way to the users of international trade and beneficiaries of ProChile, in attention to the new challenges that they have had to go facing, as a result of the events of social and health origin that have hit our country since the last quarter of the year 2019.
Faced with this new reality that emphasized the use of technology, ProChile has created new digital tools and programs, which complemented the traditional ones already known, including the Virtual Classroom Program, which must be consolidated for future versions.
For the above reasons, it is of special institutional interest to know the opinion of citizens to enhance the support provided by ProChile through such programs and thus contribute to improving human capital specialized in the development of international business.
It is mainly aimed at people who work in exporting companies, people who work in service companies, or Public Services related to the exporting process, facilitators of the exporting process in its different strategic and operational links, and people who are starting in the world of foreign trade.
