To celebrate Chile’s participation in Expo Osaka 2025, Chile Travel invites visitors to the Chile Pavilion to enter a contest to win a trip to Chile and experience its culture, landscapes, cuisine, and much more—live and in person!

How to participate
- Visit the Chilean pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka.
- Take a photo or video at the pavilion.
- Post your photo or video on Instagram stories using the hashtag #DiscoverChile and tagging @chiletravel and @expo2025chile. You must also follow both accounts.
- Access here the entry form for the contest. The form will ask you for the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Country of residence
- Screenshot of your posted Instagram story
- Once you submit your information, your name will be added to the drawing database
The winner will be selected in a random draw held on the last day of Tourism Week and will be notified by email.
The Prize
The grand prize includes:
- One (1) round-trip airline ticket to Santiago, Chile from Tokyo or from the capital city of the winner’s country of residence.
- Three (3)-night stay” at a 4-star hotel in Santiago (double occupancy)
- Airport transfers (in/out)
- Santiago city tour
- Full-day tour to Viña del Mar and Valparaíso, including a winery visit
The prize does not include:
- Personal expenses
- Meals
- Transfers to private tours, tickets, or park entrance fees not listed above
- Any other items not explicitly specified
The travel date will be arranged directly with the winner once the prize is awarded and must take place in May 2026.
General Conditions
- Trip arrangements will be coordinated between the winner and Chile Travel.
- Only natural persons over the age of 18 may participate.
- Each person may participate only once in the drawing.
- By entering the contest, participants agree to allow Chile Travel to use their name and image for promotional purposes, without any right to compensation. This is a mandatory condition for receiving the prize.
- If the winner does not confirm or declines the prize within 10 business days, a new winner will be drawn.
- Once the travel date is agreed upon, it cannot be changed, and any modifications will be at the winner’s expense.
- Travel documentation: Winners are solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including visas for any connecting flights or destinations. Chile Travel is not responsible for visa rejections, cancellations, or delays.
- The winner must arrange and bear the cost of international travel insurance.
- To process the prize, the winner must provide their full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a copy of their passport.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be assigned under any circumstances.
- Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Data Privacy Clause
The personal data collected during the contest will be used exclusively for purposes related to the contest, including registration, prize coordination, and communication with the winner. All data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties outside the organizing entities. By participating, individuals expressly consent to the use of their data for these purposes. In the event of winning, additional information will be requested solely for the coordination of the prize and will be managed with strict data protection measures.
Annex 1 to the “#DiscoverChile at Expo Osaka 2025” Contest Rules
Extension of Validity
Chile Travel informs participants of the “#DiscoverChile at Expo Osaka 2025” contest that the validity period for participating in the sweepstakes has been extended.
New validity period:
From June 19, 2025, to June 25, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., Japan time, and from August 13, 2025, to September 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., Japan time.
Please also note that the drawing will take place on September 27, 2025, and the winner will be notified by email.
All other terms, conditions, and requirements established in the original contest rules remain valid and unchanged.
Participation during the new period implies acceptance of this annex and the general.

一般条件：
- 旅行の手配は、当選者とChileTravelの間で行われます。
- 参加できるのは、18歳以上の方のみです。
- 抽選には一人一回のみ参加可能です。
- Chile Travelは、当選者の氏名および画像をプロモーション目的で無償で使用することができるものとし、これは賞品を授与するための本質的かつ事前の条件です。
- 当選者と連絡が取れない場合、または当選を辞退した場合、10営業日以内に新たな当選者を抽選します。
- 一度旅行日が決定した後は変更できません。変更が必要な場合は、当選者の責任と費用で行うものとします。
- 旅行に必要な書類は参加者自身の責任で用意するものとします。出国および目的地への入国に必要な書類（中継地のビザも含む）、またビザの支払いなどに関しても同様です。
