Chile will promote a wide variety of gourmet food products, including salmon snacks, maqui beverages, cereals, quinoa puffs, and olive oil.
Eight Chilean gourmet food and beverage companies will display their products at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York’s Javits Center from Saturday, June 30 through Monday, July 2.
The Chilean pavilion (Stand #5236) will be represented by Williwaw Foods, Alto Olivar, Bijelti, Cambiaso, +Maqui, Silvestres, Grana, Robinson Crusoe Food, and the Chilean Olive Oil Producers Association. They will promote a wide range of products that includes salmon snacks, organic teas, extra virgin olive oil, cereals, raisins, prunes, walnuts, canned mussels, maqui beverages, sparkling water, fruit gummies, and quinoa puffs.
“The United States is the primary export destination of Chilean gourmet food products, which experienced a 7% increase in global sales last year” explained Fernanda Bachelet, the Trade Commissioner of Chile in New York. “As a result, it is a key market in which we still have tremendous opportunities for growth, thanks to the innovative food products that are being developed and will be displayed at the 2018 Summer Fancy Food Show.”
