First Stage

This stage provides tailored consulting to provide you with an assessment of your company and a methodology to address any gaps identified and to help draft an Exporter Growth Plan.

The program includes one-on-one mentoring hours with internal and external consultants (mentors) on topics such as international expansion and specific areas to improve the company’s international competitiveness.

Digital Assessment Session

The aim of this session is to determine whether it is feasible for a company to enter the ProChile Tailored to Your Needs Program. It includes a review of the company’s structure, management indicators, business model, business strategy, road map, financial statements and international expansion plan (export model), among others. After this session, our experts make an assessment of the company and identify gaps, determining whether it has the potential to move forward in the program.

Mentor Assignment

Each company selected will have an external mentor who will work with ProChile to guide the design of the Exporter Growth Plan and address the gaps detected in the Digital Assessment Session.

Follow-up Meeting

The purpose of this meeting is to ensure progress towards addressing gaps and preparing the Exporter Growth Plan in the Mentoring Sessions.

Mentoring Sessions

In these sessions, mentors work with the company in person or virtually to address the gaps detected in the Digital Assessment Session. This also involves work on the design of the Exporter Growth Plan.

Board of Directors Session

This session is an opportunity to review and give feedback on the Exporter Growth Plan (selected markets and validation of advertising) and to address gaps. The final Exporter Growth Plan is provided in this meeting and will be implemented in the second stage of the program.

Second Stage

This stage involves the implementation of the Exporter Growth Plan, which may or may not be co-financed by ProChile. Exporter Growth Plans may also receive 50% public co-financing, if necessary.
